Felix Labs ships worldwide from our fulfilment centre. All orders are dispatched via standard international postage with full tracking included.

Processing time: 2–5 business days

Estimated delivery: 9–15 business days depending on destination. Some regions may experience longer delivery times due to customs processing or courier delays.

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update in the system.

Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
